Court Appointed Special Advocates

Our Mission

The Court Appointed Special Advocates of Imperial County (CASA) Program is established to advocate for abused/neglected children in the Juvenile Court process. Through the use of highly trained volunteers, CASA is committed to providing all at-risk children with a voice in the Court process.

In Support of Our Mission this Organization is Committed to:

Providing

A well-developed training program to educate CASA Volunteers on the juvenile dependency process; and the geographic and cultural differences in our community.

Providing

Supervision and case consultation to all case loads.

Increasing

Public awareness

Advocating

For the legal rights of all children, regardless of race, religion, disability or sex.

Striving

Toward the development of cultural competent organization.

Advocating

For the unique physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, educational, and well-being needs for all children.

Providing

Advocacy networking with the Imperial County Social Services and Probation Departments and Juvenile Court Judge Commissioner.
