
CASA of Imperial County is proud to celebrate its Board President, Chuck Fisher, as one of the recipients of the 2025 Stone of Hope Award. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals in Imperial County who embody the values of the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., making a lasting difference through service and leadership.

A resident of El Centro, Fisher bas dedicated his life to serving the Imperial Valley community. As an educator and principal for nearly 40 years, he inspired generations of students, with his leadership and compassion. Even in retirement, Fisher remains an active force for change, volunteering, mentoring, and leading efforts to address critical community needs.
As Board President of CASA of Imperial County, Fisher has been a cornerstone of the organization's mission to advocate for children in foster care. Since joining CASA in 1997, he has worked tirelessly to ensure children have a trusted voice in court and access to the resources they need to thrive.
